- Device and log data: IP address, device identifiers, OS/version, app version, language, crash logs.
- Usage data: pages/screens visited, features used, clicks, session duration.
- Approximate and precise location (with permission): to show nearby services, improve matching, navigation, and safety.
- Push notification tokens (FCM/Expo): to send order updates, reminders, and promotional messages (where permitted).
1.3 Information From Permissions-Based Features
- Location (foreground/background): used to find and display nearby services, estimate arrival times, and facilitate job matching. Background access (Android) may be used for active jobs and navigation updates in the Partner app.
- Camera: for profile photos, uploading service/job images, and enabling video features where available.
- Microphone: for voice/video calling features powered by our communications provider (see Third‑Party Services).
- Photos/Storage: to select and upload images relevant to jobs and profiles.
- Bluetooth: may be used for connectivity and audio routing on supported devices during calls.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Services, including account creation and authentication.
- Enable discovery, booking, and management of services and products.
- Facilitate communications between customers and partners, including in‑app chat and voice/video calls.

- Analytics/Diagnostics: Crash/usage analytics to improve stability and performance.
- Payments: Third‑party payment gateways/processors – we do not store full card details.
- Maps/Location: Mapping and geolocation services to support discovery and routing.

On the website, we use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, analyze traffic, and, where permitted, for marketing. You can control cookies through your browser settings. The mobile apps may use device identifiers for similar purposes.
